Lakeland Timber Frame offers a high quality, efficient and bespoke service to architects and construction professionals. We will work with you to produce optimum timber frame construction solutions for housing and other building projects.

Using our in-house design expertise and CAD modelling system, we can determine and demonstrate exactly how your project will be fabricated at every stage. The viability of the structure will be checked and verified by an independent, certified structural engineer. The engineer ensures that the integrity, strength and substance of the timber frame meet the recommended standards.

We will manufacture timber frames and components in our workshop facility, so that they can be assembled quickly and easily on site. The timber frames can be erected on site by our own team or can be supplied as a trade pack* for erection by the client's own builders.
